• Content you provide: full speech transcripts and derived transcript analysis created by the Service.
• Technical data: essential authentication and security data stored in cookies and/or local storage.

We do not store audio recordings and we do not collect payment information or marketing analytics.

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
• Authenticate users and prevent abuse.
• Generate feedback, insights, and analysis from transcripts.
• Communicate with you about your account or support requests.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting, authentication, and storage.
• OpenAI: transcript analysis to provide feedback and features.

We do not sell personal data or use user transcripts for advertising or marketing purposes.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and/or local storage required for authentication and security (via AWS Amplify/Cognito). We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.

Data retention

We retain account data, transcripts, and derived analysis for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting improvocab@gmail.com. Requests are handled manually within a reasonable timeframe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to request a copy of it. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
