These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Improvocab website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Account registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to disrupt or overload the Service, abusing system resources, or accessing the Service in an unauthorized way. You also agree not to access the Service through automated means (including scraping) or to reverse engineer it without permission.
User content
You own the content you submit, including speech transcripts. You grant Improvocab a limited license to process your content solely to provide, operate, and improve the Service (such as generating feedback and insights). We do not sell user content.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption or error.
Payments
The Service does not currently charge fees or subscriptions. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will update these Terms before billing.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, attempt to disrupt the Service, engage in abuse, or use the Service in a way that creates excessive, abusive, or unreasonable load.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Improvocab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
